The Cidery Bar & Kitchen was developed as a collaboration between The Sydney Brewery and Rydges, who set out to create a contemporary, urban-style craft bar in central Sydney. With an in-house cider-making facility to lovingly ferment, maturate and filter the best quality apple juice, the flagship cider, Sydney Cider, is produced on site.
