Identity branding for a friend, an audio technician living in New York City.
I worked closely with Sawyer throughout the process. The concept we agreed to was clean and minimalist, but still playful, witty, and memorable. The copy I created for the back of the business cards is meant to convey the idea of insider knowledge and reemphasize the specialized skill of audio engineering. Sensing "oscillated pressure [with your] basilar membrane" is in fact... hearing.
The various iterations of the card were intentional and meant to give Sawyer the option to mix and match fronts with backs, color with messaging. The accompanying stationary is also available with accent colors belonging to this defined color palette.
