Menus and Signage

Over the years, the menu at Sagittarius evolved into a melange of customer favorites: comfort food and boozy sweetness. I was constantly making ads, signs, posters, paperwork templates, and menus. As an owner/operator, my fingers were on every decision and every job. Now, I have nothing against honest labor, but I got tired of all those tasks...except I loved those hours when I could create these displays, tinker with the phrasing of an ad, or crack a visual joke. These may not look like much to me now, but they got me on the right path, and they sold a TON of Rosemary Macs (people still stop me to tell me how much they miss that dish).
This is the front of the menu. A menu should be easy to navigate, and make you want to eat everything on it!
This is the back of the menu. Man did I spend a lot of time baking those desserts.
Here is the specialty cocktail menu. I definitely had a sweet tooth.
Here are some table tents I made; one that describes our Deep Fried Gardenburger Challenge, and one for non-tap beer.
We always had PBR on tap and Iron CIty stubbies for two bucks.
