About project
This project is a mosaic which consists of colorful  plastic bottle caps. This is an art of one of the 9th Armenian national heroes Geghaznik Miqayelyan (Chaush). He has lived in the place where I live now, so it was an honor for me to bring this project to life.
Picture size is 210x300 cm
Amount of bottle caps are 7000

My goals
There were 3 goals I wanted to reach while making this project.
1. Environmental
2. Creative
3. Cognitive
1. Environmental
First of all it is constructed and created with everyday junks (plastic bottle caps). Second, it is collected and created in the environment which is abandoned and neglected being surrounded with rubbish. But people walk here and use this place as their everyday road. So this mosaic is not in a latent place.
2. Creative
First, this is a street art, the aim of which is to create something colorful and interesting, something catching and breathtaking in the gray and neglected places like this for making that place more attractive and beautiful. Second is to evolve modern art in urban places. Nowadays, such works are done in Europe, USA and many other countries by famous architectures and designers.
3. Cognitive
This project will contribute to know and remember our national heroes and will make memory of them constant.
Such projects have long life for this and coming generation.
