LILITH MAGAZINE: EDITORIAL DESIGN
The Spring 2015, Summer 2015 and Winter 2015–16 issues were awarded First Place for Excellence in Overall Graphic Design from the Simon Rockower Awards, AJPA.
For 40 years, the award-winning Lilith magazine (independent, Jewish and frankly feminist) has explored the intersection of Judaism, feminism, and women’s issues. It is a singular publication, often the first to weigh in on taboo and sensitive subjects. Writers and artists featured include Maira Kalman, Grace Paley, Letty Cottin Pogrebin, Ayelet Waldman and Myla Goldberg. As the art director, I control every aspect of the design from start to finish. This includes doing illustrations, photography and custom lettering.
