The Originals is a 4-part painting series of classic toys from the 80s and 90s. It started with me getting inspired and painting a troll I saw for sale online that had eyelashes and evolved into a frenzy of painting other toys from the past. I was really drawn to how light reflects on plastic and depicting hair or fur texture.
