What began as a simple, clean way to rebrand the newly-christened Positive Resource Connection (formerly the Allen County AIDS Taskforce) evolved into a more aggressive, in-your-face campaign after a recent HIV scare amongst IV drug users. Coupled with excellent outdoor placement by our media staff, the re-brand was a smashing success.
