My work is consists of a fake shelf bearing typical objects through which quiet noise filters from behind. When one steps up on the stairs placed in front of the shelf, a moving mechanism becomes visible, which continuously etches the conventional symbol of infinity into a small heap of sand. It thus refers to the presence and permanence of systems invisibly present and independent of daily life.
