This was a personal project I did to improve my understanding of light in a 3D environment. I found it to be much more than a training for my 3D skills. I've noticed the importance of light and shadows in how people perceive the scene. Complete blackness - the unknown - scares people in a primitive way. The light source, on the other hand, draws people to it, as it contrasts the chaotic with control.
