During my time with Antipodium I worked on a technical level, cutting out fabrics and sewing the toiles for fittings during which I was also on hand to make small alterations to the garments where needed.
I also worked one day a week with Antipodiums' pattern cutting team; drafting and tracing ammendments to patterns and copying finalised patterns onto card. I also ran errands for the team, sourcing fabrics and trims, collecting samples from factories and delivering fabrics to printers, pleaters and dyers. I also helped out backstage and dressed for the Antipodium SS13 show. I learned a lot during my time at Antipodium and met some lovely people along the way.
