Terre d'accueil: une destination réalisable

This poster is my submission for the 2016-2017 SDGQ/Choko scholarship competition hosted by the McCord Museum in Montréal. In collaboration with Centre social d’aide aux immigrants, this year's theme was Terre d'accueil, which translates to "Welcome Land," or "Land of the Welcome." Our goal was to design a poster with the provided title, information, and sponsorship logos to communicate the experience of a refugee's journey to Canada. In essence, I tried to break down the journey into the most simple visual form possible in order to communicate the complexity of their path and the hopeful inevitability of arriving at their destination.
