A 43,000-sf T.I. converting a warehouse space into medical research laboratories and offices. We made major shell improvements including a 1,000 square feet of sheet metal canopies. HVAC, electrical, fire suppression and plumbing systems were completely renovated for new medical laboratories that included tissue culture, histology, circulating tissue cell and cytogenetic laboratory space. Utilized vacuum and compressed air, deionized water and incubator carbon dioxide systems. Installed Fume hoods, -20 degree freezers, snorkels, biosafety cabinets and autoclaves.
