Phase 5 - 2016 Reception and visitors lounge created from a portion of previous break room space. New finishes and lighting.  Existing furniture and art relocated & reconfigured from various locations in previous office space.
Phase 4 - 2016 Reconfiguration of existing Herman Miller systems furniture - multiple phases to accommodate up and down staffing levels, consolidation of departments from 2 1/2 floors to 1 1/2 floors. Relocation of approximately 45 employees. 
Phase 3 - 2015 8th floor break room renovation  - working with existing utilities locations, scope of work was to renovate corporate floor break room kitchen, recycling station, print and file area.

Phase 2 - 2010 fit out acquired space on 8th floor for Corporate Design Studio.  FF&E to mimic the existing 8th floor executive spaces, with exception of Design Studio which utilized existing furniture, new finishes.

Phase 1 - 2008 - completed renovation of former storage area - converted to open office, closed offices, conference room and break room.
