 This was a highly successful campaign created for Volvo to celebrate the 50 years of the company's great invention i.e. the 3 point seat belt. The original brief from the client was a press ad but I saw an opportunity to do something more. The result was a highly successful 'safety campaign' with a twist that resonated with a strong local flavour. The campaign was very successful at the Dubai Lynx 2010, winning top honours in the shape of 2 Golds, 2 Bronze and 1 shortlist , which contributed to the agnecy I was working with at the time in winning agency of the year at the Lynx. The campaign also went on to collect a few shortlists at the Loerie Awards in South Africa.
