The Man
Bromo volcano, East Java, Indonesia is visited not only by tourist but also by the Tengger People, Hindu community that lives in near by villages and towns.
They come Bromo to pray and make offerings of fruit, rice, flowers to the mountain gods by throwing them into the caldera of the volcano. Some of the locals from near by village Cemoro Lawang risk their lives climbing down into the smoking and still active crater to recollect the sacrificed goods that believed could bring them good luck or just sell them to tourists.
