This photograph was taken on the Euro Tunnel, located in Calais, France and has inspired me to create artwork based on the structure of the train's tracks.

My initial design is taken from the photograph, using a similar colour scheme and using a simplistic style in order to create a pattern, similarly to the work of Orla Kiely.

The second edition of my Tracks design switches from the dull, grey tones of the first design to a brighter and more vibrant colour scheme which contrasts the original.
