Realizing Zero Safety Campaign
The Realizing Zero safety campaign started as an effort to replace an older safety program and incorporate other safety programs being used throughout the company. The project started with the design of a single brand/logo and then an informational poster and flyer detailing how the future safety programs and it's parts would be structured.
After these components were completed we set a launch date and produced all of the communications and marketing collateral around that event. As part of the launch plan the company served breakfast, gave away Realizing Zero coffee mugs, safety information and forms. One of the hallmarks of the launch was that each individual employee had to sign the commitment banner pledging that they were commited to safety and make the company a safe work environment. The launch day also had a heavy senior executive prescence so that employees coould see thier commiment and talk to and ask questions of them and find out more about the safety program and company alignment.
