Portraits of New York City
The architecture of New York City is a constant source of inspiration for myself, and I'm sure other people. This series of posters is an attempt at paying homage to some of the great architects who shaped New York City into what it is today.
This is a personal project for me, aimed at experimenting with typography and image editing. One of the challenges that I had to work around was making the text visible over the background image, which in some of these examples is quite busy.
This is an ongoing personal project that I'll be adding to over time, but for now here's what I have!
