I found an old newsletter that Falcon Outfitters used in the past to connect employees in every department. I loved this idea and decided to revive the project. This is the new design I came up with and we will be sending a new one out monthly. It is my duty to work ahead and get relevant information from each department, such as new department employees, updated procedures, upcoming promotions or special dates, new items, customer service do's and don'ts, etc. The basic layout will stay the same, but the information will always be different and departments can be added or taken away depending on current happenings.
