These are several pages from a 52-page long booklet for my expansion to the brilliant Settlers of Catan board game (also incorporating the formal expansion Catan: Cities & Knights). I designed this booklet for my expansion, Catan: Civilizations, to match the Catan 4th Edition style. The expansion itself has been heavily playtested and iterated over the course of several years, and also borrows from a previous Catan expansion I created.
This expansion adds endless variety to gameplay in the form of, for example, highly varied special cards (progress cards), new hexes, new scenarios, and special opportunities and restrictions for each individual player (i.e., their specific civilization).
