Objective
Comprehensive usability tests of our Android app with both users and non-users in Delhi and Lucknow. Key objective was to understand their mental models while buying and selling, and the friction points within their user journey.
Process
•Work closely with PO to identify business objectives
• Define research objectives and test script to understand detail seller user journey (when user first thought of selling anything on olx to final transaction)
•Prepare persona – and recruit participants (20) in tier 1 and tier 2 cities
•Perform 60min usability session in closed lab settings
• Analyze results and share report with stakeholders
• Final presentation to stakeholders
