A complete rebrand for the Irish Heart Foundation, we need to help them get their vital message heard and tackle our greatest combined killers Heart disease and Stroke. We created the core concept upon the idea that all of our hearts are connected, by looking after our own heart we look after the heart of our loved ones in turn. We built an open, accessible, human brand with hope rather than fear at the core. A thoughtful, flexible visual language has been created, with the scope to stretch from informative to dramatic, from the serious to the inspiring.
