Thomas Brown was assigned by Soho House to shoot a variety of outstanding, handcrafted spirits for the private club’s magazine called ‘House Notes’. 

Small-batch distilleries have been gaining ground in bars around the world...Especially noteworthy is ‘Seedlip’, a delicious non-alcoholic gin, which solves the dilemma of 'what to drink when you’re not drinking'. Based on non-alcoholic remedies from ‘The Art of Distillation’ (written in 1651) owner Ben Branson came up with an exquisite sugar free alternative to the usual range of fruity and fizzy alcohol free mocktails. 

Inspired by Modernist still life photography, Thomas captured the bottles beautifully and added some interesting in-camera colour glitches, while our London team had the pleasure of retouching the images.
