These are a few of the things I've done from observation, I find that this is one of the most important skills when it comes to illustration.

These are some drawings I've done from reference. Most are from photos but a few are from direct observation. 

This is a collection of anatomical studies of hands (in my opinion, one of the more difficult parts of the body to draw). This was my attempt to learn their structure a bit better.
