MoMA Design Store came with strict branding and styleguide rules while requiring a unique and exciting look for each email. Working with their overall marketing strategy as well as using email metrics, we would constantly adjust product placement, reviews and even the layout of the email so that we could reach out to the audience in the most effective way possible. This included using mobile friendly, horizontal layouts and animations and the results were very positive, to say the least.
