" Right of Light " Art Exhibition,Jan 2017

A new art exhibition in Istanbul / Turkey, called " Isık Hakkı / Right of Light " will be exhibited between 19 and 29 January 2017.Please check those talented artists.

From the Exhibition;

The right to light is the right in the law which protects the level of illumination entering the house. According to this law, no structural design which would obstruct the daylight can’t be built around the house without the permission of the landlord.

Sun = Brightness = Hope

The right to light is the need to the daylight and it is one of our fundamental rights.

Likewise, hope is another one of our fundemental rights. In the period and in the geography we live in, the brightness and hope are gradually diminishing. Every day a new concrete barrier is pouring in front of our right to hope. How distant are we to break the concrete and to reach the light, to get the hope which is our right? It’s as much far as the light in us.
