Anpartselskabet Kilden & Mortensen is a real estate company from Horsens, Denmark. Together with the architects from Gehl and BIG have they devised a plan for Bassin 7 in Aarhus Ø. The plan includes the iconic building of AARhus consisting of 255 apartments, a community center and a number of bathhouses.
