Injera Cuisine
Injeria Cuisine was a branding project which I completed over summer 2016. We were given the task to brand a Sudanese Cuisine which needed portray a modern and hipster feel. The target audience was urbanites aged between 20 and 40 who were looking to eat good food and be able to boast to their peers that they have experienced the restaurant. I decided to call the cuisine ‘Injera’ as this is a type of bread from Sudan. I created the logo by using a circular form to represent injera bread whilst also keeping it relevant. Other features I designed include: produce packaging, window and exterior signage and interior wall graphics. I included a particular pattern throughout on all of these so that they relate back to the brand and customers can easily identify the brand.
