In 2005, The Sportsman’s Cabinet (now Mathan Design) redesigned the logo for a 30 year old company, DOGS Unlimited, that had just been bought by new owners. Wanting to retain customer loyalty, the new design incorporated features of the original logo, including the paw print and capitalized “DOGS”. TSC then designed a new ecom website and an ad campaign that ran in popular bird dog magazines including Pointing Dog Journal and Gun Dog magazine. In 2007, a new ad campaign was launched. The theme identified who the company’s customers were including upland bird hunters, field trialers and a potential future younger audience.
