Plan for the Campaign
• Tell the consumers about the consumer rights they own and the dangers of negligence towards them
• Educate as how to and where to use the various consumer rights
• Detail out the responsibilities of the consumer such as insistence on obtaining a bill for every purchase.
• Represent the present ways how a seller tricks them leading to violation of consumer welfare• Along with the problems highlighted, suggest the steps a consumer can take for the various grievances
• Present a step-by-step map of the grievance redressal system to be followed by the consumer.
With the help of a campaign where we show the present situation and the activities a consumer would be experiencing, the consumer connects better. This would make them understand better about the negative effect they could face by continuing the practice of being negligent, leading to an era of wise consumers.
