Senior Studio Project: Pyroceram 9606 Missile Nose Cone

For my Senior Year: Special Studio Project, I was to focus on Infographics and I learned the value of doing extensive research before designing complex scientific ideas. With the subject of glass, I chose to focus on glass-ceramics--more specifically, Pyroceram 9606, a creation of Corning applied in missile nosecones used by NASA and the military. I committed my time to researching the product for over 3 months, creating icons, graphics, copy and more to create an interactive piece and a companion brochure. The project remains incomplete for now. I utilized Adobe Illustrator and Indesign's interactive features during my design process.

The brochure consists of back to back panels, which you can discern from my Illustrator workspace. The whole brochure folds up into one complete square and can be folded over and flipped from front to back. Dimensions: 6"x6", CMYK colorspace
Feel free to explore my interactive piece below. This project is a WIP and remains incomplete for the time being.
