Byron Bay International Film Festival commissioned Underbrand to rebrand the festival to better present the international breadth of films entered and shown.The core of the brief was to achieve this, whilst maintaining the essence of the festival’s location.
We did so by creating an adaptable identity that can be applied in any colour that contrasts and complements the imagery and composition of the collateral it appears on.
We then developed a series of brand appropriate ‘phrases’ that played up the perception of festival’s location.
The identity roll out included posters, advertising, merchandise and a program template.
