Rumfest
An engaging tropical set with a semi-permanent feel for cookery and cocktail demonstrations, incorporating space for judges and camera equipment, including concept, upcycling and sourcing, visualisation, equipment and construction.
The Mette Cantina was the tropics-inspired setting for cookery and cocktail demonstrations at Rumfest, held at Olympia, London, featuring our Chop & Change® system to flip between cooking and cocktail demonstrations. The lineup included world-famous cocktail specialists such as Wayne Collins from Something for the Weekend, with Don Q Rum and celebrity chef/Mount Gay rum ambassador Paul Yellin flipping between cookery and cocktail demonstrations in front of live and online audiences. The striking set was a caribbean-inspired diner created mainly from recycled and upcycled materials.
