Year: 2015/2016 - semester 1

The idea is to revitalize the abandoned Ghandour building situated in a very important commercial area in Tripoli, therefor the building was reused as a business hotel containing different facilities, such as conferences room and offices in addition to entertainment facilities such as restaurants, gym, and roof garden.

The project aim to create a space that flows provide and encourage people's interaction and integrates the exciting with the new.
