The original builders proposal for this subdivided dual lot, set to host 3 new small houses in addition to the existing house at the northwest corner, was to expand the footprints to the maximum allowed impervious coverage. In doing so, the potential of a subdivided lot was largely negated.

This refined proposal minimizes the first floor footprint, allowing for a communal yard as well as smaller private terraces for each unit. The upper floors are re-oriented based on both the McMansion Ordinances building tent requirements as well as sun orientation to minimize unwanted exposures. This refined proposal minimizes the first floor footprint, allowing for a communal yard as well as smaller private terraces for each unit.
