The projects is a series of illustrations and ideas, which has been inspired from real life observation of a Public park in Kolkata, known as the Park circus maidan. The illustrations have further been used to put forward a bigger picture, of negligence and careless attitude of the state municipal authorities as well of the public. This park is open for all. People of different socio/economic status come and use the premises of park circus. Lack of civic sense and any rules has subjected park circus being used or misused by its people. This project aims to educate the ignorant or the unaware, It also sheds some ideas on how to tackle this problem of negligence and misuse.
