If "trust" is only an idea, then it is useless. If it does not become your bones and blood, it is useless. If you think something is "truthful," then live that way. Live a truthful life. Because that is the only way that you think you are feeling the truth. There is no other proof. Only your own life is the way to prove your own idea of "trust.
