    “You are on my Joy List” is a case study for one of the biggest online shopping companies worldwide. Rakuten aims to create a really special campaign to make the difference for the users at Christmas’ season. Therefore, and based on the slogan “Shopping is entertainment”, it was conceived an enigmatic and playful campaign for Christmas enthusiasts to challenge and puzzle friends and family through riddles. After all Christmas is about bonding with your dearest ones and trying to guess which present you are going to get on Christmas Eve, right? The question is: Is it that easy to find out?
