The Anchors
Characters: Airbender (Priestess) , and Firebender (Warrior)
Protagonists of the Graphic Novel of my client.

Background:
Both the priestess and warrior are normally symbols of self control with their respective elements.
The priestess was taught from an early age that the way of air is of freedom and harmony.
The warrior used his travels/training as means of not only learning of other cultures but also how to better control the aggressive nature of fire (making himself into a true guardian of life than a simple weapon of destruction).
During their lives they experience many tragedies/revelations (the priestess losing her home and finding her parents dead),
the warrior losing his unit and learning that the trio, he could have killed long ago but imprisoned,
were responsible for it as well as the priestess’ loss.
During the journey they embark on there are periods where each almost loses control of themselves and their respective element but at it all their companion turns out to be the calming force that brings them back from the brink.
Some can call it a budding romance, others caring friends, or others simply being human.
