Branding created for metal band 'Oceans are Endless'.  
The original brief was a classy, timeless feel of logo, but easy to see it is a metal band logo.  

The ship was added after creating an original design which incorporated the 'are' between the 'A' of 'Oceans' and the second 'E' of 'Endless' which did not flow as well as originally thought.  

After a second design, the 'are' was incorporated into the ships first sail, and the ship was larger behind the text.  
Feedback was the text on the sail made the ship feel too 'pirate'.  
The text was moved and the ship was made smaller to create the final image shown.
