INSIGHT
In preparation for International Women’s Day, we launched the print campaign titled “Finding Her” under the umbrella of UN Women’s global campaign “Planet 50-50 by 2030-Step it Up for Gender Equality” which calls upon governments to make national commitments to address the challenges that are holding women and girls back from reaching their full potential.
The main objective behind the campaign is highlighting women’s persistent low labor force participation rate and the importance of supporting an enabling environment for young women and women to become economically independent.

这个是IC4DESIGN工作室受联合国妇女署邀请
为了筹备国际妇女节，IC4DESIGN响应联合国妇女署全球性运动“2030年之前将推进性别平等, 让地球成为50比50的星球”的框架下发起了题为“寻找她”的印刷运动，呼吁各国政府作出国家承诺，解决妇女和女孩的障碍, 能使其发挥全部潜力的挑战。
该运动的主要目的是强调妇女持续低的劳动力参与率，以及为年轻妇女和妇女实现经济独立提供有利环境的重要性。
IDEA
The campaign consists of three print advertisements where the audience is challenged to find the only woman in different workplace settings including technology, politics, and science. The main message behind the campaign is to shed light on the importance of equal opportunities for Egyptian women to participate in the labor force and contribute to the development of the Egyptian society.
理念
该活动由三个印刷广告组成，在这些印刷广告中，观众被邀请寻找唯一在不同工作场所（包括技术，政治和科学领域）的女性。竞选活动背后的主要信息是阐明埃及妇女平等机会参与劳动力并为埃及社会发展做出贡献的重要性。
