Gaspi, Ivan et Felipe sont trois garçons venant d’horizons différents, unis par leur goût pour les bons produits, la culture latino-américaine, la France en général et Paris en particulier. Mais c'est l'amour de la viande qui les ont amenés à se lancer dans la restauration. Leur cuisine "autentica" s’inspire du renouveau de la cuisine d’Amérique latine en s’appuyant sur la technique de cuisson argentine au charbon de bois. Une bande de copains, de la bonne viande, un four bien chaud et une aventure quelque peu "Loco"... Voici ce que nous avons voulu retranscrire dans la confection de leur site internet.

Gaspi, Ivan and Felipe are three boys coming from various backgrounds united by their taste for fine products, latin-american culture, France in general and Paris in particular. But its truly the love of meat that pushed them into this restaurant adventure. Their "autentica" cuisine is inspired from Latin America cuisine and relying on an authentic coal cooking technique.
