Brighton will be a city that can be experienced from on high as a commission for this elegant 21st century city landmark observation tower which will regenerate the area around the derelict West Pier, adding visual interest and enhancing its character and appearance.
The tower will have approximately 180metres high and with an observatory pod at 90metres with the aim of being Britain's highest observation tower outside London. At the foot of the tower will be a shop and hospitality suite and a cafe/restaurant. The tower will be a great experience for at least 800,000 visitors every year, which will make it the city's leading paid-for attraction.
