The site functionality, the look and feel, and the language used, answers the proposition that ‘Westpac can help you find the best personal loan to suit your needs.’
Our thinking is that in the economic climate, Australians are more likely to be focused on taking out loans that contribute to their self-development, like further education, rather than using the money to buy a flashy car.
The site should be about the end result of the loan – the achievement of self-development, for example – not just the mechanics of the loan. It’s about investing in yourself and living the fullest life possible.
