Project for Service Design Blueprinting. Objective was to observe and research the content of the coffee shop. We came up with lists of the people who flocked to Gallery Expresso, what kind of activities they did, and noted the interactions that went on within the coffee shop. Still a work in progress with a few more steps to complete a full Service Design Blueprint but it's quite a good start!
