The takeover condition.
Details of the damaged surface.
The canvas was removed from the back-side.
Before the cleaning.
A lot of candle wax and animal glue patches were on the surface. 
They were removed mechanically and finally with warming across a blotting paper.
Complemention of the paper.
The written paper on the back-side. Before and after the conservation.
The restored artifact in its original decorative frame.
There is an anti-glare "museum" glass in front of the painting. The back-side got an UV-protective foil to protect the paper from the harmful radiation and the mechanical damage.
