I was commissioned to carry out the Visualization process for this project from scratch. I received PDF plans from the client and guidance on the "atmosphere" that it should communicate to the potential buyers.

This building is located in Montreal inside an area of a real forest. So this was the main concept of the design: To maintain the calm and relaxing mood, keeping the surrounding forest intact. I tried delivering this with an Afternoon-Tea Mood in a warm summer :)
