Strategic Plan for the 250th birthday celebrations of Aveiro as a city
in several points of the city within a gap of 250 hours. This rhythmic program makes it possible for events to happen in different and unusual hours, along the day. Due to this fact, each event had to be designed to suit the time in which it would be happening.
