Emotional Communication

This is my final project for the graduation. I wrote and i typeset all the book, that talks about experiential (or emotional) marketing. I started from client's point of view and how he recovered his emotions during the purchase. Consequently the goods, the marketing, the companies and the stores changed. They represent the same changing of the client.
In particular the store became a place to live experiences, a place to run out from the routine. Every aspects of the store are designed to sell experiences. They became "Concept Stores".
For the paginated i reworked some different statues, making them more human and more emotional than their real aspect.
At the end of the book, i realized an interactive window for a communication study that use experiential marketing to advertise every possible client that wants to promote his brand.
