The side fairings were so rashed they had holes in them, so I purchased some used fairings, stripped the decals and softened with Bondo.

I used an electric sander to strip paint coats and smoothen Bondo applications.

I decided I didn't like the sound of my silencer pipe, so I cut it clean off with an angle grinder.

Here I am angle grinding the pipe into the length and shape that I want.

Then I had the new straight pipe welded on with a TIG welder.

The pipe unfortunately had some cosmetic flaws to it, so I gave it a nice titanium wrap. It lacked a little character, so I cut some steel into a small rectangle, anodized it, laser cut "snowflake" in Japanese Katakana and then gave it clear engine enamel paint to seal it.
